16.1-inch FHD IPS Panel
ARZOPA Z1C features a 16.1-inch IPS type panel with a native resolution of Full HD ( 1920×1080 pixels ) in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The max refresh rate supported is 60Hz refresh rate. Contrast is rated at 1000:1 and brightness at 300 cd/m² ( 300nits ).
Colour reproduction covers 16.7 million colours with 100% sRGB gamut coverage, and colour temperature is set at 6800K. Thanks to this being an IPS panel, viewing angles are quoted at 85°/85° horizontal and vertical (minimum), which is 170° across each axis.
Ports: Dual USB-C and Mini HDMI
There are two connectors available for input. The Mini HDMI port carries video signal only, while the two full-function USB-C ports carry video, data and power over a single cable.

ARZOPA notes that a laptop needs a full-function Type-C port to drive the display over USB-C. Where the laptop has no full-function Type-C port, the connection is made using HDMI to Mini HDMI instead. The same applies to phones: the phone’s Type-C port has to be full function rather than charge-only. An iPhone connection needs a separate Lightning to HDMI adapter.
Display modes cover duplicate, extend and second screen, with a separate desktop or phone mode for a connected smartphone.
No Battery, Powered Over USB-C
There is no battery in this monitor. It draws power over USB-C from the connected device or from a separate adapter.
ARZOPA recommends using a power adapter rated at 5V/3A or above where the connected device cannot supply enough power, and says that flickering or restarting when adjusting brightness points to insufficient power supply. Connecting to a Nintendo Switch requires powering the monitor from the Switch’s own adapter.
Audio and Build
It has built-in speakers rated at 1W each, two in total.
The chassis is built from metal, with the kickstand integrated into the body rather than supplied as a separate accessory.
