The NP960UJG-KG2 runs on the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H — the highest-tier processor in the entire Galaxy Book6 lineup. Graphics come from Intel Arc B390 on shared memory. No discrete GPU.

The NP960UJH-XG3 uses the Intel Core Ultra 7 356H (Panther Lake) — a step below the X7 — but pairs it with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU carrying 8GB GDDR7. This is the only Galaxy Book6 model with a discrete GPU.

Both include an Intel NPU for on-device AI processing.

32GB LPDDR5X (Soldered), 1TB NVMe SSD, 2 Storage Slots

Identical across both models. 32GB LPDDR5X soldered on board – Not upgradeable. Storage is a 1TB NVMe SSD with 2 storage slots, so there’s room for a second drive.
