What We Like About the Dr Trust USA 912 Zurich Max (MS00114)
- True H13 HEPA filter: rated to capture 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns
- Particle CADR of 400 m³/h or more: covers rooms of 280 to 484 sq. ft.
- Formaldehyde CADR of 40 m³/h or more: a separate gas-removal rating alongside the particle figure
- PM2.5 readout with a 3-colour AQI indicator: Auto Mode sets the fan speed from the sensor reading
- Rated at 50 dB: with a dedicated Sleep Mode
4-Layer Filtration with True H13 HEPA
Air passes through four filters on the 912 Zurich Max (MS00114):
- PP Pre-Filter: catches hair, lint and larger dust particles
- True H13 HEPA Filter: rated by Dr Trust to remove up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns
- Activated Carbon Filter: aimed at smoke, cooking odours and gases
- Anti-Bacterial Filter: an additional hygiene layer
Dr Trust lists dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mites and odours among the pollutants it targets. A Filter Life Indicator signals when the filter is due for replacement.
400 m³/h Particle CADR and 484 sq. ft. Coverage
The rated particle CADR is 400 m³/h or more, and the formaldehyde CADR is 40 m³/h or more. Dr Trust rates the purifier for rooms between 280 and 484 sq. ft., which takes in bedrooms, living rooms, offices and study rooms. Air is drawn in through a large intake on the front of the unit.
PM2.5 AQI Display and Auto Mode
A built-in sensor tracks particle levels and shows a live PM2.5 reading on the front panel, backed by a 3-colour AQI indicator. With Auto Mode on, the fan speed rises and falls with the measured air quality. According to Dr Trust, this also lowers energy use compared with running at a fixed speed.
UV Sterilization, Timer and Controls
UV sterilization is built in. Manual control covers four fan speeds, and a smart timer can switch the purifier off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours. Sleep Mode runs it at a lower noise level, with the rated figure at 50 dB. Touch controls sit on the front panel, and a child lock prevents settings being changed by accident.
