Lenovo has launched the Ideapad Slim 3i 83BN0033US Chromebook Plus laptop model ( IP Slim 3 Chrome 14IAN8 Series ) in the US online. At the time of writing, Amazon US ( Amazon.com ) has listed this model for a price of $464.89. The exact launch price is currently not known as the Lenovo US website is yet to list this model in stock.
The Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3i 83BN0033US is an entry-level Chromebook Plus laptop powered by Intel® Core™ i3-N305 octa-core processor which has a base frequency of 1.8Ghz and supports up to 3.8Ghz turbo clock ( 8 threads, 6MB Cache ). For graphics, it uses Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics.
This Lenovo Chromebook Plus laptop is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR5-4800 RAM. The RAM is soldered on, so it’s not upgradable. The storage is 256GB of eMMC 5.1, which is also on the systemboard, so it’s also not upgradable.
It features a 14-inch Full HD IPS screen with 300nits brightness and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. Like other Chromebook Plus laptops, this model also supports touch input ( On-cell, 10-point Multi-touch ).
Lenovo has powered the Ideapad Slim 3i 83BN0033US Chromebook Plus laptop with a 57Wh battery and provides a 45W USB-C® (2-pin) power adapter in the box.
Thanks to this laptop being a Chromebook Plus, it is equipped with Intel® Wi-Fi® 6E AX211, 802.11ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.3, as well as a Full HD webcam for better video calls.
