This week, Lava introduced the Blaze Duo 5G in the Indian smartphone market. This is a lower mid-range Android Smartphone powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor, clocking at 2.5 GHz. The price in India starts at ₹16,999 for the base model.
At the time of writing, it is listed online on Amazon India ( Amazon.in ) available in Celestial Blue and Artic White colors – currently sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd seller.
Lava Blaze Duo 5G can be bought in two memory configurations:
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage (₹17,999)
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage (₹16,999)
It boasts a 6.67-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a maximum Full HD+ resolution of 1080×2400. For selfie enthusiasts who prefer using the Main Rear Camera over the Front Camera, Lava has thoughtfully included a 1.58-inch mini display on the back, making it easier to capture perfect selfies.

In the Camera department, there are 2 Rear Cameras and a regular Front Camera:
- Primary Rear Camera: 64MP Sony sensor
- Secondary Rear Camera: 2MP depth sensor
- Front: 16MP selfie camera
As you can see, there is no dedicated ultra-wide-angle camera or telephoto camera available on this model. Dual View Video, Film, Pro Video, Slow Motion, Timelapse, UHD, HDR, and Night Mode are the various Camera software features supported.
When it comes to wireless connectivity, this smartphone supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.2. It has Dual 5G support and boasts extensive band compatibility.
It features a USB Type-C port. Like every other Android smartphone released in 2024, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack available. USB OTG is supported out of the box.

The Blaze Duo 5G runs on Android 14 Operating system. Virtual RAM expansion technology is supported ( 6GB RAM model supports up to 6GB Virtual RAM, while the 8GB RAM model supports up to 8GB Virtual RAM ).
