OnePlus continues to produce flagship Android tablets, and the latest offering is the OnePlus Pad 3 ( 2025 Model ). Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform, this tablet has a pre-order/launch price of $699.99 in the US. As mentioned above, it is available in two RAM/Storage options: 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. The 12GB RAM variant uses LPDDR5x @ 4266MHz (4×16-bit), while the 16GB RAM variant features faster LPDDR5T @ 4800MHz (4×16-bit). Both models come with UFS 4.0 storage offering fast read/write speeds.
