GIGABYTE has launched the 2024 G6X 9MG-42IN854SH laptop model powered by Raptor Lake HX Series Core i7-13650HX 14-core processor in India online. The launch price is Rs.86,761. The MRP price is Rs.1,70,000. Gigabyte calls this laptop series “It’s time to wield the power of AI. Introducing a new lineup of AI gaming laptops from GIGABYTE“.

For graphics, GIGABYTE G6X 9MG-42IN854SH is equipped with NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050 Laptop GPU with 6GB GDDR6 memory. The Maximum Graphics Power ( TGP ) supported is 105W.

It has 16GB of DDR5-4800MHz RAM and 2x Slots ( 8GB*2 ) supporting up to 64GB storage. Both slots are occupied according to the specs available on Amazon.in. In the storage department, this model has 2x M.2 SSD slots which supports 2x PCIe® Gen4x4 NVMe™ M.2 SSD drives Up to 4TB. Strangely enough, the Amazon.in listing of this laptop doesn’t mention if it has 512GB or 1TB SSD drive ( at the time of writing ). Check out Amazon.in product page for updated info.

GIGABYTE G6X 9MG-42IN854SH features a 16-inch WUXGA resolution ( 1920×1200 pixels ) screen with 165hz refresh rate supported. It covers a basic 45% NTSC color gamut and supports MUX Switch.

It comes with an upgraded WINDFORCE cooling system featuring dual-fan design coupled with 3D VortX air-channeling to maximize the airflow to keep temperatures in check when doing intense processor-heavy tasks. Windows 11 Home runs the show.
